Podcast Liberally 01 -- Intro

Podcast Liberally is a new review and recommendation podcast for liberal and progressive podcasts, to help you find good podcasts that you might otherwise miss. This is the introduction that describes what you can expect and describes the project and how reviews will be done. A sample review of the podcast "Civilianism" is done because, well, it's my political podcast. I make no claims of being unbiased with that one, but future ones will be as unbiased as possible. The point is to make reviews and recommendations that are helpful for you!
